LinkIT-II, LLC will provide the best advertising recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative market research that reaches HUD target audiences. Upon agreement of the strategic marketing and advertising plan, LinkIT-II, LLC will research and negotiate rates for radio and digital media buys (i.e., Google, Pandora, Facebook, YouTube, etc.). LinkIT-II, LLC will execute and track the media campaign including the promotion of existing materials from the “Know it- Avoid it- Report It- and Loan Scam Alert campaigns, in addition to Housing Counseling Program outreach materials.
